Prior’s Field

Requirement

The primary objective was to differentiate the School from its competitors with a clear and bold brand. Following an extensive research phase, we were asked to create a strong and clear brand concept and to modernise and bring consistency to all brand elements.

Testimonial

Refreshing to work with an agency who really got under the skin of our organisation, and who fully understood our requirements and then delivered a design solution which fully answered the brief – with longevity and the bigger picture in mind.

Director of External Relations

Solution

We undertook a complete overhaul of the existing school brand from introducing a new brand identity, new typography, colour palette and photography. We introduced the concept of ‘self-actualisation’ to reinforce the fact that every girl at the school has the opportunity to become the very version of herself.

Results

A comprehensive design solution that has genuine stand-out from the competition and genuine ‘mileage’ for future brand extension.

Brand identity

The school was designed by prominent English Arts and Crafts movement architect C.F.A. Voysey, and many of Voysey's original features – stylised keyholes, door handles, air vents and fireplaces – can still be seen in the school today. The new brand identity, featuring a bird of wisdom, takes inspiration from these.
