Thorough understanding
Each client is different in terms of their sector, their audience, their structure, their personality and their ambitions. That’s why, when we start working with a client, we’ll ask questions - lots of questions - to really get under the skin of the organisation, to establish what they want to achieve and their unique point of difference. We’ll listen, challenge and dig until we’ve built a solid foundation for the project.
Strategic thinking
We help clients formulate their vision, values, proposition and positioning in order to develop a rigorous brand strategy against which all future brand communications are measured. Once the brief is agreed the creative process can begin - we’ll get stuck into creative concepts, brainstorming, content development, presentation and refinement - to develop design routes that fully explore the brief.
Planned implementation
Whether its a new brand launch, brand repositioning, campaign, or single piece of marketing communication, we’ll consider the correct mix of media and audience. We work closely with clients in the manifestation of their brand strategy across all delivery channels. We’ll plan, manage and implement all aspects of the project to deliver a solution that meets the core objectives, now and in the future.
Ongoing support
The relationship doesn’t stop there. We can remain on hand - either on a project by project basis or as brand guardians - to consult, support, monitor and crucially, measure success. We’ve worked with some of our clients for many years, becoming an extension of their business, helping them project their personality, evolving their brand and ensuring they deliver on their brand promise.
After gaining many years of individual experience, two old school friends, Bob Haime and Bob Butler, set up the business together in 1996. Our ethos then was based upon the same principle as it is today - that ‘the idea is fundamental’ - we are not big on decoration, we are big on communication. The range of our work is as diverse as our client base and its this variety that fuels our enthusiasm and broadens our knowledge. We continue to learn, develop, push boundaries and invest in quality people. A healthy balance of experience and youthful exuberance is what keeps us on our toes.
